2) Will not be home to receive it
3) Don't trust your neighbors/neighborhood

You can have the package sent to your workplace, whose hours of operation likely include the standard time of delivery and will most likely have no problem holding onto it.

Natural pants crease

If you don't have an iron but you do have the time, you can give a crease to a plain pair of dress pants by folding them in a way that the pants should crease, pulling the pants through the negative space of a clothes hanger, and hanging them for a few weeks.
