"Found" Fliers

"Found" fliers, describing items/animals that have been found and should be returned, are ineffective because it allows anyone to claim that the item is theirs, leaving the finder ignorant of whether or not they're telling the truth.

Protein in the woods

If you're lost in the woods, flip over a decaying log and eat the grubs (aka beetle larva). Eating a few will you give you enough protein to last you the week.
