Card Accident

If you accidentally leave your card in ATM after completing your transaction, the machine will swallow and destroy it after 10 seconds on inactivity. You'll then have to contact your bank for a new card.

Rent interest

A reason not to pay all your for a period of time rent upfront (if you have that luxury) is because if you pay periodically, the rest of that period of time's rent can accumulate interest in a back account.
